By using EatHere Marketplace you agree to these terms. EatHere is a marketplace: the kitchens listed here cook, package and hand off the food.
Keep your details accurate and your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to order.
Orders are placed for pickup at the hub and time shown at checkout. Please arrive during the pickup window. Food not picked up may be discarded and is not refundable.
Kitchens are responsible for their permits, handling and allergen information. Items are prepared in shared spaces, so we cannot guarantee any dish is free of a given allergen. Contact the kitchen with questions before ordering.
Kitchens must be approved, keep required health permits and business licenses current, describe items truthfully, and fulfill accepted orders. We may pause or remove a listing that breaks these terms.
EatHere charges a platform fee on each order. Fees are shown before you confirm.
