EatHere Marketplace connects Indianapolis food creatives with neighbors who want to eat their food. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Account details you give us (name, email, phone), your orders and pickup preferences, kitchen listing information if you sell with us, and basic technical data such as device and browser information.
To create your account, show your orders, let kitchens prepare and hand off your food, keep the marketplace safe, and send order updates and service messages.
Kitchens see only what they need to fulfill your order: your name, order details and pickup time. We share data with service providers who host and operate the platform, and when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
You can update your account details at any time, ask us to delete your account, or opt out of non-essential messages. Email us at info@eathereindy.com.
Access is limited and protected by sign-in and permission rules. No system is perfect, so please use a strong, unique password.
